I'm still fond of the original Mortal Kombat movie, but it has tons of weird choices that make it hard to watch. Not least of all this one. Putting Sonya Blade in a weird leather skirt and chaining her up as a damsel in distress for like half a scene.

I love this book, it's a reprinting of The Emerald Lotus and a sequel to it under one cover. It's been years since I read the Emerald Lotus and the action and horror and intensity is 100% full of wonderful pulp.
