MPLS, MN.
Hot rock ☺️

I agree! I rode miles and miles through NYC in Brooklyn & Manhatten. While obviously busier, driver behavior was so much more predictable, people were attentive and generally followed rules. Dealing with Mpls drivers is outrageous. Impatient, cruel and inattentive idiots driving way too fast.

I read about how some road cyclists rock USA themed things on rural rides for safety and am imagining they're avoiding these jerseys on rural rides for the opposite reason 😂

Fake outbreak festival taken out by real outbreak 😂 we're all infected now - are generic pub crawls these days just normalized/rebranded zombie pub crawls?

Between two traffic lanes but not the bike lane?! I would bet that this will result in right lane drivers encroaching more in the bike lane for the week these posts will exist.

Bars! (that usually have parking lots 🙄)

At the very least they should close the 35W exit.

Hey, my burrito's in that car! 😂
October 8, 2025 at 4:20 PM
These things drive around empty all the time in SF, even more meaningless than most traffic.
October 8, 2025 at 3:00 PM
I feel calmed since drivers seem to ease off more than they would with pedestrians in the street 😎

21 walked so B Line could.. walk faster.
October 2, 2025 at 1:50 AM
I actually haven't taken it yet, I just referenced the charts from Chi/Lake to downtown Saint Paul and noticed they appear to have improved vs the 21 enough that I'd consider it. Biking takes ~30 min, so 45 min from my door to office isn't too bad (if charts are correct). Last 21 I took was >1 hr 😡
October 1, 2025 at 9:14 PM
Daily = 45 min including the wait of early arrival to ensure you don't miss it. Weekly = 2 hrs if a bus, 4 hrs if a train. B Line is finally competitive if I include time to shower/change after cycling, but I prefer the bike.

D but only if it goes fast. If that shit is stopping at every damn corner and sitting in traffic I'm not doing more than A 😂
October 1, 2025 at 8:45 PM
I will note I see a lot of eastbound cyclists divert from the bridge to river road or Otis to take Summit, as there's a lane all the way to downtown.

I was supposed to but felt like sleeping in 🙃

GEE I WONDER IF DRIVERS AND ROAD DESIGN HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT
September 26, 2025 at 3:29 PM
drivers are the Republicans of transportation modes. no accountability and rampant scapegoatism while causing all the problems

My hangover and empty stomach indicates no.

We can stage some robberies but I feel like they'll just add a second Hennepin county SUV doing laps.

If they don't run the light, they nearly always block the trail so they're not stopped on the tracks.
September 11, 2025 at 3:59 PM
LRT trail at E 26th Street facing South (technically SSE). The pictured WB drivers ignore a very clear "NO TURN ON RED, STOP HERE ON RED" sign 30 ft before the crossing and typically blow through to turn right onto Hiawatha. Same case for NBound Hiawathans turning right to head east across trail.

I swear this happens once a week here.
September 11, 2025 at 2:30 PM
In theory I like it as a better use of space (storage of your crap on your property without additional ROW required) but in my experience all the Saint Paul streets that have this always have the cars blocking the sidewalks.
