Topical satire usually has the shelf life of sushi. But Jonathan Spector's "Eureka Day" (at MTC), about a school board at loggerheads over vaccines, has only grown in resonance since its fleeting pre-pandemic NYC incarnation. Bad news, culturally, but great new for theatergoers.
