That take is incandescent I have never even heard it, bravo. However, it is totally wrong. See e.g. fairvote.org/report/elect... Votes can be, and are, counted correctly, to a tolerance way, way, closer than .1%. The existence of successful recounts does not (at all) disprove counting as a method.
