FACT: There are currently over 120 active armed conflicts worldwide, according to the @icrc.org — with some estimates putting the number closer to 130. It has more than doubled in the past 15 years. Why, despite countless peace talks, dialogues, and reconciliation efforts?@icrclawpolicy.bsky.social
