If pornography can be banned, and your definition of pornography is "content that's harmful to minors," everything turns on your definition of "harmful."

Yep. The goal of anti-porn laws isn't to stop people from seeing pornography. It's to create a class of speech that's legally suppressible, and then apply it to dissent.
