That's the thing. Critical Role, the big name in TTRPG live plays, started out with dry erase battle maps, no character artwork, and Matt to this day just describes his NPCs. (Big NPCs get art later.) Tell a good story with good players. It's sad people get so stuck on the visual presentation.

All it takes is the bare minimum of research to know how exploitative and poorly received gen AI is, not to mention the way it cheapens your brand, making you look creatively and ethically bankrupt. Do you really want to start up a small indie project by spitting in the face of other indie creators?

More muscle mass, different proportions of arm to leg lengths, varying snout and teeth arrangements or pronouncement, fur lengths, horns, spines, or tusks. Why would an orc turning into a werewolf not be bigger, with tusks, different eye, skin, fur coloration, with entirely different posture?

Nothing tragic about him in the slightest, I'm sure. Just a sweet boy.
