A lot of Americans have people in their families who sexually abused them and their own family shields the predator rather than the victims.
And they all voted Trump.

Just a reminder that fentanyl is a legitimate drug used in surgery and a few other situations. It’s terrible when abused, but very useful otherwise. A serious country would be treating the root causes of addiction rather than banning useful medications.
