I know you wanna party with rich people bro. A lot of people do, but most people don't get to live like that. Its ok though because life is still good! There is so much fun stuff to do, hiking, rock climbing, ATV riding, studying biology, having sex with someone you love! Life is good.

The cost being used for something other than what you want. There is no reason to care about this, outside of envy. It causes no harm to anyone, you are just complaining about how other people are not rich. This means nothing and you have no serious issues that matter to humanity.

There is no reason to care about them. But, I asked a question, and nobody can answer it. If they did not have this party, how would anyone be helped? is this just envy?

No, you can say "record breaking" as a common talking point using multiple locations depending on what you're selling. Every year you get a record break of some kind. The barometric pressure, wind speeds, pollin, what have you. It's simply not important, Trump doesn't control the weather.
