Apparently they do this a lot. Whole subreddit full of people taking them to small claims court over it. I'm going to try some of the other recommended avenues first lol

I have NO idea! I got suspended for seemingly no reason like a day after the anniversary post and then I did the verification stuff they asked for and they perma-banned me within the hour
