Evidently it’s often listed as barbacoa meat, and my local Walmart stocks it; likewise it seems a lot of the reviewers are unfamiliar with exactly how much processing cheek needs because it’s an incredibly heavily-worked muscle. Definitely a thing you want to inspect in-package before buying, tho.

Turnout not amazing or anything but also nothing more interesting than school board or city council/mayoral seats out; WDM mayor may be the biggest race on the board & Russ Trimble may be a Republican but I'm not sure 8 out of 10 voters would be able to correctly identify this without guessing.
