I’m all about letting these two take shots at each other but it’s wild that the reporting has completely normalized the behavior of the president to personally wield the government against those who have spited him

Since the USSC has decreed absolute immunity for the president for “official acts”, and since POTUS can pardon anyone who acts at his behest (and has already shown his willingness to do so), and since the Congress has abdicated its impeachment power - it seems Trump is already a de facto dictator.

As of Friday, there have been 46 cases in which federal judges have blocked Trump policies.
The rulings in those cases have come from 39 different judges appointed by 5 different presidents (of both parties) to 11 different district courts across 7 different circuits.
