I'm actually kind of fascinated by the different presentations of some disorders based on "current primary endocrine configuration", because I know a lot of folks who started hormonal transition and their ENTIRE-ass whole presentation of their ADHD (or some other thing) changed.

Nuzzi’s editor hates her. I don’t see a lot of that. What’s wrong with that book is what editors are there for. They can’t fix it if you have nothing to say, but they can make you look less illiterate. Some editor is angry it fell in their laps.

I know being hopeful is a fool's errand sometimes when you are a Democrat, but in my heart I do believe that a lot of progressives all over the country smell blood in the water (in a good way) and feel HUGE momentum behind not just flipping R seats, but knocking out weak Dem establishment dinosaurs

I am baffled by this because I have had so many friends with shingles and NONE of them made it sound fun. Not one. A vaccine that made me absolutely miserable for 48 hours would still be a huge improvement over the mildest case of shingles I've heard of. (Also it made me tired for 1 day.)
All over my FB people talking about their bad experiences with shingles vax and dissuading each other from getting it! We need to give people real info on how to mitigate the symtoms caused by vaccines because vaccines are always better than meeting a virus unprepared. Yet drs aren't coaching ppl
