I agree to an extent, particularly in respect to gender roles and expression. But the innate feeling of being the other gender, that manifests in early childhood and without explicit reinforcement from parenting, I feel is very much a neurobiological phenomenon.

Last I checked, there currently exists NO medicine licensed for gender dysphoria. There are so many drugs in use for conditions they are not specifically licensed for. Off-label prescription's are a common practise. The point being is that dangers, side effects and risks are already well documented.

I think perhaps 'Cass Report scandal' gives more clarity that it is the report that is scandalous.

Precisely. I find it poorly written from what I have read. I can't see any element of the text that shows an actual understanding of anything it claims. It reads like a teenager rambling on about some idea they thought up - and then just googled a load of long words to use to make it seem clever.
