My Xarelto ran out 2 days ago. I've been on them for 5 years. Now my pharmacy and doctor office says I requested the refill too soon. It ran out two days ago on a 30 pill bottle. What am I missing? My vascular doctor says I need it to live. But insurance, pharmacy, and GP all have it screwed up.
