By day i'm an Infrastructure Architect and focusing on on-prem infrastructure automation and provisioning.. (Think of make it more like AWS.. but with off the shelf shit).

at night i'm #batman with his homelab. Just not as rich or cool.
I tried seaweed for a while and it worked pretty good. I then switched to CubeFS.. I don't know why, maybe cause it has the backing of the CNCF like that might mean something. I also just came across github.com/versity/vers... if you just need object store front end. Good Luck

I have used netbird before I moved over to tailscale and now thinking about moving to wg. To be honest netbird was ( when I was using it) very similar to tailscale. I can't remember why i decided to move to tailscale but they offer the same things..

Yea that's what I was thinking.. No one is going to go look for vulnerabilities just to start getting into my specific homelab.. The juice is not worth the squeeze! Keep posting you'll be just fine :)

Why not? Can you get to alma.internal?

I don't know exactly how it works as I don't use that for my usecase. However.. I think the user you are trying to share your machine with would need a Tailscale account ( tailnet). Then yes you can share your machine with their tailnet and they would have direct access to the machine via tailscale
