I will speculate, but be clear it is speculation...His quotes sound to me like he just really wanted to be on the government side and feels like being the opposition isn't worth his time. Could definitely be reading into that too much but it gives sore loser energy.

From his quotes it sounds like his biggest issue was he doesn't like being on the opposition side more than it being a fundamental issue with the party(s). Big sore loser energy imo.

For those (like me) who are unfamiliar with Jared Golden, yeah good fuckin riddance. Let him run as a Republican if he's going to consistently vote with Republicans.
