The employees are being accused of sharing information with a 3rd party—that's the violation that supposedly got them fired. I've been under NDA for a job before; it doesn't only apply if something bad happens with the information once it's been disclosed.

Just like why should the reporting that the employees were leaking private information be mentioned if it opposes the narrative that it's 100%, definitely union-busting.
