Ok- let's try this again. I am not consistent here because I have a business now and want to manage multiple accounts on mobile. #bluesky doesn't have this feature yet, and I have to log in every time- how do we fix this?

I'm at the Justice For All Summit this week. I attended last year as I was pivoting away from an experience that I no longer aligned with & was so affirmed that I was making the right decision. This year, I'm back and inspired to continue doing the work! Join! events.wintersgroup.com/justiceforal...

What do I need to do to better curate my feed? I have mostly cats, random anime art, and other content I'd rather not see... do I have to manually just scour and like things? Help!

If you’re holding grief in one hand and vision in the other—
If you’re not “burnt out,” you’re breaking open—
If you’re outgrowing the systems that shaped you—

You’re not alone.
Start with Part 1 of my new series:

The same people claiming that #corybooker is being "performative" are the same people who said #dei was "performative". U can't treat justice, inclusion, or democracy like a meal at ur favorite restaurant critiquing real-time, energy,&effort from people who give a damn and back it up with action.

Watching Senator Cory Booker speak truth to power reminds me: rebirth is never just personal. It’s a collective calling.

We are here to name what must die—and design what comes next.

Sorry- not sorry. Stop giving your money to universities and institutions for DEI certificates. It's just a cash cow for them. There are too many professionals and activists who deserve your investment and can provide better quality education. But I get it- "your resume"...🙄

I'm reminded that my younger self already knew my path—before burnout, b4 external expectations, before I let systems define my worth. The real work is not just fighting for external change but reclaiming what was lost within.
Most aren't aware they lost something or don't want 2 admit it, will you?

"The anti-DEI movement isn’t just a policy shift—it’s an intentional strategy to erase progress while rebranding exclusion as ‘neutrality.’ The truth: Equity work doesn’t disappear just because institutions panic.

"If you stripped away every title, job, and external expectation—who would you be? What parts of yourself have you left behind in the name of survival?"

I’ve definitely experienced a rebirth of sorts and it felt good to reconnect with two people today who I feel see ME-you know? Like ME ME. That’s priceless
