@markcrossfield.bsky.social hi Mark. I’ve started the stack system to increase my speed. I’m over 50 but I’m have been in my best form and want to get better. I’ve gone down in each session after my first. Is this typical? So many people have said they increase every session.

@chasingscratchpod.bsky.social as I listened this morning, i thought about the observer affect. A scientific notion that a watched system will behave differently than if it weren’t watched. This my favorite pod, but I contend that it would be easier to reach this goal if there was no podcast.
