My Apple Watch struggles to read HR when it’s cold so I got a Polar chest strap and paired to the watch. Much more accurate.

It’s so good. Positive but still shows real struggles with real consequences. But it doesn’t drag you down with the problems, it doesn’t feel heavy. I love that show.

I have a one-man music project and I asked Chat GPT to tell me about the band and it just completely made up a full band with names and instruments and everything. The nonexistent band members all had my last name and Chat GPT said “they must be a family of musicians”. 🫤

I’m not a raisin hater and I like raisins in sweet things like carrot cake and oatmeal cookies. But not savory. Get them out of my empanada and stuffing!

For a 10 mile race I did, I got a tech long sleeve shirt and I wear it on chilly days. It’s the only long sleeve running shirt I own!

I went out today on the snowy roads wearing my trail shoes too 😅 very different experience. Much slower.

I hate speed work but it’s hard to deny it actually works 😄
