Coming back home from Canada today. I’m going to miss it a ton. looking forward to getting some actual sleep tho. I’ve been having 4-5 hours of sleep since Sunday 😭

For the last month I have resumed go walks like I used to back in 2023. I have not seen the progress I wanted and have been feeling less and less motivated.

Decided to change things up and went to the gym. Got a more intense workout and I feel fantastic. burned about 500 more calories too. Love it!
