Yeah I figured if I took a picture off the wall and it was a lighter color than everything around it, my lungs were looking pretty much the same. I have a touch of asthma so switched to soy to be safer. I also cut back on the candles in general, though. For scent, I use the little melts in a warmer.

I used to burn candles and I found that the mainstream ones (Yankee, etc) caused a lot of soot to collect on the walls. Now I try to go with a soy base and buy local.

Naw, girl, the chicken is fine. Packaged meat, 12 hrs in the fridge, still defrosting? It just thawed slightly faster than it otherwise would have. I defrost mine by leaving it out on the counter all day and eat yogurt that's *weeks* past date, and I'm still here to tell it 💪🏼
