I recently read somewhere "Don't torture yourself with your thoughts, it's a horrible way to live." and I think that really resonated with me as somebody who gets trapped in anxious thought spirals. I am learning to be kinder to myself, it takes practice. Maybe you could also use a reminder ❤️

Apart from being a day behind schedule I think this one turned out great. I decided to attempt Peachtober this year and get better at using my gouache/ acrylic gouache. Some days I may go digital or skip them altogether if necessary. Just trying to have fun with it ❤️🥰

I think I am at a point where I feel more comfortable with both my art and myself, so this drawing worked up quite easily.
I used to struggle so much with drawing myself, but I can confidently say that this is me 😊

I've done some smol sketches for my Twitch channel (possible sub badges etc.) and got really carried away with drawing adorable little houses. I think they could make for a cute pattern actually I am really in love with little houses right now. Thought I'd share some less polished work for once ❤️

I have crocheted a little egg. Took it on my walk for some beautiful sunset shots. Allergies are kicking me but I am enjoying spring and all the beautiful flowers. 🌼✨️🪺

Inspired by wooden block building sets for kids I drew up this design for a postcard. I thought it'd be nice for someone who just moved or came home after a while. 🏡
It's also a little bit for me because I recently unpacked some more things from my move and trying to make my surroundings more "me" 💕

This is a pitch for a puzzle and find game based on the assignment by Riley Wilkinson on the MakeArtThatSells course from August.
This assignment took me the longest with all of its details and different animals. I think my favourite thing is the little zebra in the middle ❤️

August was definitely the most challenging month for me on the MakeArtThatSells course. It took me a while to wrap my head around ostriches (and how to make them cute) as I'd never drawn them before. I decided to add a border to visualise the text. Had fun trying out some lettering for the headline.

The second assignment in July was to make a handpuppet from the character we created for the book pages. It had to include the sun and a "stage" for the child to play on.
I had lots of fun researching and imagining the play mat as something I would have loved for myself as a child. 💕
