The Trump Administration is curbing due process rights for migrants arrested by ICE. They’ve declared undocumented immigrants ineligible for bond, and those detained in ICE facilities are being denied access to legal representation. American Immigration Council’s Dara Lind says the American justice system has a tendency to turn a “blind eye” to immigrants’ due process rights. The ACLU’s Lee Gelernt says lawyers have been unable to access their clients: “We can't get in to see these people. They need lawyers. That's part and parcel of due process.”

Sorry I don't know how to bring video over from Twitter, but Trump just repeated much of this. He said "our farmers have been hurt very badly by (he trailed off because he couldn't say "me"). ...We can't take all their people and send them back. ...We're going to have an order on that pretty soon."
This is remarkably incoherent even for him. But I especially like the notion that these evil criminals are applying to pick crops and mop hotel bathrooms.
