Ashera is a disabled, autistic non-binary Latina who can no longer work due to spinal injuries. They had to quit their job due to the intense prejudice and mistreatment at work, which would not acknowledge any accommodations for their disability, and they re-hired a known stalker/psycho back despite them bringing weapons to work and other dangers.

💕🐉- This helps so much! Sure, it might not be a lot, but for smaller streamers and VTubers it shows that we have others supporting us, even if it is just in ad revenue and a few subs. It's been 7 weeks since we rescued 4 newborn kittens that a mama cat left behind after moving 3 of the 7 kittens. When the mama didn't come back after 24 hours, we received a desperate call for help. The kittens were already cold. We scooped up the 4 kittens and took them to our bottle baby volunteer. Sadly one kitten didn't make it, but the other three are thriving and even made an appearance at CAToberfest. But the clock was ticking. We knew we needed to capture the remaining 3 kittens before they became too feral to socialize. We assured the caretaker that the mama would bring them to the food dish, since she ate there every day. Sure enough, this week they finally appeared. But before we could get there, mama cat moved the kittens again. Then she moved them back. Then she moved 2 of them again. Luckily, our volunteer arrived before she moved the 3rd kitten. We were able to pull the kitten out from under the tractor seat that was inside an enclosed safety cage. Named "Agave," he joined siblings Molasses, Honey and Sugar. A few more days passed and the two remaining kittens continued to go back and forth over the fence. We prepared to set traps in the neighbor's yard when "Hooray" - the caretaker caught the two kittens in a makeshift trap early this morning. While we have high tech remote control traps, he used the old fashion "string on the cage door controlled from the kitchen" technique, and it worked! The kittens are now safe (albeit not exactly happy) in a foster home. Two of the 6 kittens have umbilical hernias. One is small. The last kitten we rescued has a LARGE hernia (think Morty size - from our American Curl rescue site this past spring.) We will TNR the mama cat and this will be #MomsLastLitter! Do what you love. Find a way to fit it into the things you do. Work =/= a job. Find friends that support you and what you do. Share those things together.

Yes! This series is AWESOME. These are some I inherited from my old boss. He kept some great ones with such as all the Ringworld and Fleet of Worlds, I'm slowly refinding many that he lent me to repurchase, it's nuts though, cause they are rare now and way out of publish. There's 6 books to Rama.

I miss all the books I had before moving 14 years ago. My roommate and I share book shelves, he's got the left and I have the right. I inherited a BUNCH of old scifi books from my old boss before he retired to Thailand. I'm slowly rebuying ones I used to have. I hope to read some to my viewers!
