This elegantly shifts back the discussion on this topic and puts lens on tomorrow. If Russia does not adhere to the ceasefire, then all fault lies squarely on Putin. If Russia agrees to the ceasefire, then it opens the opportunity for the West to move into Ukraine, as laid out by me yesterday.
