Did you even watch the H3H3 podcast? She had on multiple instances let Noah know that she would not consent to unprotected sex if he was sleeping with other women, and then on multiple occasions he lied to her, to manipulate her and deceive her into having the sex that he wanted

Well technically he did r*pe her because he lied to her. It's considered "r*pe by deception", he knew she wouldn't consent if she knew he was still sleeping with other women, so he lied to her. Manipulative and abusive behavior.
