It is community activists calling for the support to end.
@govpritzker.illinois.gov … withdraw ISP from their protection of ICE.

The only reasonable enforcement that can occur is to begin locking people up for contempt of court. This is in the judge’s powers.

Oh, you mean the state that is providing Illinois State Police to protect the Broadview Detention (and Abuse) Center and to harass and brutalize protestors? The same state that has arrested 85+ non-violent protestors and NO violent ICE thugs?

Here is the interesting thing about the Presidential pardons: it is governed by tradition, not law. It is an enumerated power, but with no legal instructions.
Since “tradition” is being thrown out the window, I’d love to see the next President overturn these pardons and Congress place limitations.

This will be a stretch, but it is possible: Presidential pardons are almost completely governed by “tradition” and not actual law. It is time that this power had finite legal boundaries placed on it. Coming in behind this obvious grift and undoing the weak guidelines would be a fantastic start.

Is there a sheet going around with “defeatist” listed in the buzzwords and talking points?
This is only “defeatist” to the Democrats who were (and are) an active party to disenfranchising 90+ million voters. For those who have long rejected both Parties, this is a step towards galvanization.
