Really shocked that an admin filled with podcasters, social media influencers, reality TV participants, indicted felons, crypto bros, drunks, Fox hosts, drug addicts, weirdos, and unqualified ass kissing toadies can’t keep their shit together for 24 consecutive hours.

It’s really that simple.
Lots of people asking about my plans for the 2028 election. I have a new, radical two-step process I intend to deploy:

1. Vote for my preferred candidate in the primary

2. Vote for whichever dem wins the primary in the general

when i was a child, my family took CHIP and food stamps. this shaped my entire orientation toward government programs (positive) in a way most pundits don't have access to. and also, not to brag, but i think my siblings and i are proof that the ROI on feeding children is very high
There is not a single congressional district in the U.S. where more than 15% of voters support cuts to SNAP, the federal program that provides food assistance to millions of low-income Americans.

Cuts to Medicaid and Medicare will have a direct and devastating impact on the viability of rural hospitals and rural people’s access to care. This is not ok.
We should be investing in rural communities and making them better places to build a life & raise a family - not shutting down rural hospitals by choking off their funding.

Saving rural hospitals is one more reason to call your Representative and speak out against this GOP attempt to cut Medicaid.
Hundreds of rural hospitals are at risk of closing, threatening critical care
Hospital officials told CBS News the closure was driven by the same factors that have closed other rural hospitals: low reimbursement rates.

You'll notice that each of the major dailies has now run a "Musk is pulling back" ... "Musk won't be spending more on campaigns" article in just the last few days. But look closer and US diplos keep working to rack up Starlink contracts for him overseas and more USG contracts keep piling up.

A nonpartisan analysis now confirms that the Republican budget scheme will strip coverage and benefits from millions of Americans.

For months, Republicans have lied about their plans, but now we have answers.

And Democrats are using every tool at our disposal to stop it.

He's on track to deliver $5 billion. And that's being generous.

Can you imagine if a representative chose to represent and wanted to hear from ALL of their constituents vs just the ones that voted them into office? I imagine there are legislative votes they could make that would ensure their ENTIRE constituency felt represented.
it is genuinely deranged how many americans think "expecting politicians to represent their constituents" is mean yucky evil bullying and they should be guaranteed votes regardless of what they do or say
