To my interpretation, "Deceptive Identy Practices" basically means to not pretend to be someone else. As long as you're you, it's fine.
I think you're overreacting a little. While true, any law can be interpreted in any way - that's just how law is. Their examples give me hope it's all reasonable.

Fancy ones too! I've baked emissions onto the body using the same technique as for the eyes
All the maps fit inside of one 4k texture!
You can see some mess ups and there could be some optimization done like using decals for head only instead of entire body, but it's still good!
