The description text for this is the Golden Crowned sparrow is on a stick and taking a bath. They are at a concrete birdbath that’s placed on the ground and has a dome over it that has 3 inch wires and keeps cats out. There is leaf litter in the bath

do you still see California scrub Jays? I haven’t seen one since about 2001? they say if they go into an area, they usually become the dominant Covid but I’m not so sure they’re made for cities.

We’re supposed to have magpies in Western Washington. We’re supposed to have an abundance and I have never seen one.

we are sort of neighbors aren’t we Western Washington neighbors? has that changed for you? I used to have more chickadees both black caps and chestnut backed?

how lucky the wrens are very vocal.

we are close to each other aren’t we? At least we’re City neighbors. I do love to see the towhees.

I love the house finches they are such sweet birds and so musical

oh, that’s so nice. Did you know my most abundant bird used to be black capped chickadees. It’s changing as everything gets developed more around me. They need more insects and trees than Juncos
