- X markers will be a focal point
- Existing unexpired passports will remain good
- No guidance on confiscation, but it doesn’t seem like they will

The National Archivist has to publish it and she won't, because the deadline expired in 1982 and not enough state legislatures voted to approve it until 2000. Further intervention is needed by Congress/the courts to make it official.

If a bill that the House of Representatives passed Tuesday becomes law, undocumented immigrants arrested for nonviolent crimes will be targeted for deportation.

a lot of creatives fall into the habit of monetizing everything they do and there's something to be said for making your creations into cash but its so important to keep some of your creations just for yourself because when it becomes IMPERATIVE to perform you're on the road to burnout
