It really feels like the Padres are uniquely bad at this. Like, you see every team posting emotional clips of their MiLB managers telling players they’re going to the big leagues, except the Padres. They had to steal an idea from Pimp Lord to finally put out videos of Don & Mud calling big moments.
one thing I’ve noticed that the nba does 100x better than mlb (or maybe just the Padres?) is put some behind the scenes content out there to give you a glimpse into the team.
