Do you need support from your loved ones but don't know how to get them to listen?

Do they want to support you but don't have the tools?

My workshop for the families and allies of autistic adults is a 5-week space that will guide them in allyship.

If you've recently understood that you're autistic, it's time for a homecoming.

It's never easy, but it does become less hard with the right tools and community.

With being seen.

Being AuDHD isn't a curse - but it certainly isn't easy either.

Over 6 weeks we will dig into what it means to be AuDHD and develop a tool kit to live our best lives.

Understanding that you're autistic later in life isn't about discovering someone new.

It's about uncovering who you've always been.

You need a space, a team, and the tools.

I'll hosting a seminar on autistic meltdowns, shutdowns, and burnout in London on January 17.

We'll dig into what they really are - how to go thru them with grace - and how to recover with love

You just understood that you're autistic.

Now what?

Be in community with others on the same path.

Don't over-index on reels and blogs.

We've had our self-confidence and belief in ourselves taken away from us for a long time.

It's time to take back autonomy in a neuroaffirming way.

AuDHD is a different experience.

Monotropism doesn't fit cleanly onto our experience.

The typical autistic "hacks" don't cut it.

Let's work on something tailored for you.

On January 17 I'll be in London for my talk on autistic meltdowns, shutdowns, and burnout.

I don't treat them as things to be cured - that's behaviourism and leads no where.

We'll dig in how to understand them, learn from them, and grow.

Autistic adults need support from those around us.

This support needs to be grounded in not changing us - not forcing us - not abusing us.

My 5-week workshop will help you to support your autistic loved ones and friends in an affirming way.
