We don't sell that many records but it means a lot to see that the ones we do end up being really appreciated by people. This one is certainly one of the ones I'm really proud of.
I think it’s unlikely my mind will change from the conclusion that this years best new album has been @theatreroyal.bsky.social “a change of weather” I’ve rinsed it. Still having it.

New Order released Movement on this day in 1981. Peter Saville's beautiful cover was based on Fortunato Depero's Futurismo design from 1932

On a Monday night after rehearsal we usually get a message from our guitarist, Rob about good songs he's heard on the @gidcoe.bsky.social & @marcrileydj.bsky.social show whilst driving home. First up last night was this song by The Wave Pictures youtu.be/nXyTxw0NFrI?... Jim Riley on backing vox?

Playing an acoustic set at this William Cuffay Festival, Rochester. A festival of political and industrial education celebrating the Chartist leader. Speakers + debate in the daytime, music in the evening. The brilliant Lewis Pugh is travelling down to play this alongside ourselves and Ant Martin.
