Elphba's new song is meh doesn't add much could have been used for a better scene.

The new songs are a mixed bag I really like Glinda's new song unfortunately a decision in the staging of that scene made me laugh multiple times cause you can only do the same trick so many times before it becomes comically funny that you really want to boil that point home. Yes I got the metaphor.

Because most the extra time is actually given to Glinda, Elphba's actions make zero sense and the way things play out feels really contrived the honestly fantastic performance of For Good doesn't land. It's a shame, as a standalone film I imagine it so much worse.

Basically they needed to completely re-write act 2 and they didn't really accomplish that it's faithfulness I'd say is it's biggest flaw. Now I'm not saying they needed to just drop Feyro and have Elphba and Glinda kiss however honestly the performances ruddy justify it cause it's so clear.

If I hadn't seen them back to back I don't think it would have landed, Wicked For Good is really rough and it was going to have a hard time not to. Ariana Grande gives it her all to land the emotional weight but the structure lets her and Cynthia Erivo down massively.

A 13 minute interval on top of the first film credits might be slightly excessive but in larger cinemas I imagine they needed it for the double bill.

I remember playing the beginning of Final Fantasy 15 and there is a scene that is trying to be a game of thrones naked plot dump type thing but where the staging and directing of that bit in Austin Powers where everything gets in the way to the same comical result.

Now I'd argue there is a scene in there that pretty much is and the fact that stayed in and others got cut is wild to me. Like go for it I support games getting to be sexier and bold with that if they wanna be but the attacks on adult games has had and will continue to have this knock on effect.

It does however potentially show the fear of restrictions being placed upon it on Steam or other platforms because it would include content graphic enough to be considered pornographic. The self censorship is obvious why it happened I can only guess but I'm pretty sure this was why.

He is more than a meme, he has a connection with the crowd, he is strongly gimmicked but that's fine that's a part of wrestling. I'm afraid that WWE will turn him into a hollow version of what he can be. A meme doesn't last for as long as Hendry has and naturally build in popularity over many years

We shall see in time if he can survive that machine intact. But yeah it on the surface makes sense but I dread the fully WWE version of Joe Hendry.

I fear what wwe production does to that because yes he will get better production value but no way are they going to let him write them, they will write them for him, hell get AI to "write" or for the music video content at this rate. I think staying outside that system could have benefited him.

Nothing in this world or any other will stop TNA from doing a TNA. No matter their assets, support, talent literally anything they will find a way to blow it.
