Whenever you're in a rut...

Whether it's mental, physical, emotional, creative, etc.

Simply going on a walk or doing some chores helps a lot.

9 times out of 10 we just need a little momentum

Mini-tasks in the real world can help with that momentum.

Hot take:

LGBTQAI+ has acquired enough syllables to earn itself a quality rebrand.

I have the perfect solution...

..Hear me out.

We call them...

Fags.

We're all cosmic neighbors.

Let's treat each other that way.

'Security is mostly a superstition.

It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it.

Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure.

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.'

When in doubt about your workout program, more volume and effort on your exercises is great insurance.

As Jocko Willink says about leadership:

"It's easier to pull the reigns on someone who does too much than push somebody who doesn't do enough"

Know your limits and push them.

If you find you're too sore before your next leg day try either spreading your sets or exercises evenly over 3 days instead of 2, or 1; spreading those days further apart, or doing a bit less on chosen days.

You may also be doing too many sets or exercises on those leg days.

I believe some guys at beginner stages of resistance training skip leg days because their workout split doesn't have enough rest time between those workouts and get too sore from the workout prior.

As a result they "start over" every week or two and it takes longer to progress.

Red pill content is irrelevant if you just be yourself and do more cool stuff.

It's just that simple.

Journal prompts that help you fight for what's important:

What is Troubling You?

What Would Help You Let Go?

What Are You Grateful For?

What Would Make Today Great?

How can I Help 3 People Today?

What would you like to Accomplish Today?

What is your Mission?

Good boyfriends are the ones that you friend zone.

Bad boyfriends are the ones you try to change.

Stop looking for a project and start looking for a partner.

If someone compliments you in the gym, don't say thanks.

Try these:

1) Man, I'm just trying to look like you when I grow up.

2) Shoot. What exercise you do for (unchangeable feature like height)?

3) I just switched from regular coke to diet 4 weeks ago.

The fall of Hollywood is near, and long overdue.

Soon, a distant memory...

The toxicity of it all is just now coming to light.

Influencers & CEO's are the new celebrities.

Social media is more engaging than movie theaters

And P. Ditty is just the beginning...

Let it burn.

You can avoid most of the probelms in your life by simply going to bed on time.

Set an night alarm for 9pm or earlier with the goal of 7-8 hours of sleep and this first decision WILL compound over the course of the next day.

BONUS: The extra 1-3 hours in the morning is yours...

Every morning, upon waking ask yourself 2 questions.

1. What is troubling you?

and,

2. What would help you let go?

Bringing mental baggage into the new day is a distracting way to live and dwelling will only erode you over time.

Only focus on what's within your control.

In today’s environment, hoarding knowledge ultimately erodes your power. If you know something very important, the way to get power is by actually sharing it. – Joseph Badaracco

- Share what you know. No matter how small you think it is.

- The world thrives when you share.

Some of you suffer from the deep labyrinth of consciousness.

This curse may cause you to feel everything so deeply and ponder existence at your own detriment.

The only way out...

Take more of what poisons you and brew it into a tonic that girdles the world around you.

"It's either a hell yes or a no."

- Derek Siver

[ ] Does it excite the hell out of me?
[ ] Would I do this regardless of money?
[ ] What will I have to give up to do this?
[ ] Will it contribute beyond myself?
[ ] Will I grow from this experience?
[ ] Will I regret not doing it?

If you don't see your future self dominating your niche,

you don't like it enough.

There's ALWAYS more value you can give.

Your future self will thank you for the effort.
