If he keeps up the current form Lewandowski is going to be the starting 9 for what 1, maybe 2 more seasons as well - I doubt Barca are going to have the money to sign someone who starts ahead of Lewandowski until then. So could be a sensible interim option for free while collecting nou camp revenue
