Sometimes I feel like estimating how long some software development will take is like estimating how long your math homework is gonna take. You don't know what you don't know about a project until you are in the project.

I know in engineering this is contentious, but if it works it's the right answer. Period. What experience gets you is getting the right answer that's easy to transmute into the next right answer when the next request comes in. And how to check thoroughly that it is in fact the right answer.

Personally, I think Joe Biden should keep pardoning people until the supreme court steps in and limits that power, before one of the biggest abuser of the power gets back into office. That power is too broad and too powerful for a single person to possess without checks.
