I’ve had a shit two years. I lost a dear friend to suicide, my dad succumbed to the long term effects from his accident and TBI, and I just lost my sister after she was struck by a car riding her bike. So I am just hoping for the smallest of positives heading into 2025.
So, the positives so far… I’ve quit drinking. I did a lot of introspection after my sister passed, and came to realize the damage I was doing. Second, got back with my trainer and I’ve been going to the gym on, a near, daily basis. I’m feeling positive and healthy. Good start.
