maybe I'll chuck the texture replacements on GitHub or smth just so it's there as a public resource in case brainier people want to inject these into the game proper, iunno? still need to do the other bonus mode screens/wpns

Okay, note to self out loud:
The old TZFix still works, but using on non-NVIDIA is problematic because of implicit NVAPI, causing SpecialK to go into an aggressive loop before dying.
So adding PROTON_DISABLE_NVAPI is necessary here.
Now I just have to cope with enabling my obsession even more...

In a weird roundabout way, I did get something else pretty useful out of it.
Since she dug out all the old phones, I also took the S7 Edge whose display was pretty busted. So now I can repurpose it as my webcam, freeing up the OnePlus 7P.

I can finally cross off Tales of Rebirth from the backlog.
It's probably by far the most 'unique' of the series, for both good and bad - but it leans closer towards being a very enjoyable, if unorthodox entry.
If anything, its uniqueness is what makes it *maybe my favorite of the Destiny trinity?*
