In January, I had the privilege of speaking at Mother Caroline, all-girls school serving under-resourced communities in Boston, thanks to an invitation from THE LINKS Boston chapter. I screened my short film, Temple, a film that explores the issue of body image in teen girls.

I'm honored to return to the Museum of Science, Boston, to kick off Black History Month with Storytime at MOS! Join me and a group of brilliant young girls as we share inspiring stories from my children's book, 14 African Women Who Made History.
