Rep. Blanton- this is the face of what cutting safety nets in a coal mines looks like. HB 196 is shameful and a DISGRACE to the memories of the brothers, fathers and friends of the Scotia mine disaster. Shame on you. Her husband survived Vietnam but died underground for King Coal.
