Got back into Diablo IV - playing hardcore mode does make it more interesting and fun - I become more invested in the character. I find myself making up little stories and giving myself silly little missions and challenges to make it even harder for myself.

Shaking my head - one of my team decided to visit Palestine - fully veiled, and unsurprisingly as soon as they arrived in Israel - they were detained and subsequently deported.

Thinking about WW2 today and the way it is positioned. This was not a war against fascism generally - it's a useful framing - but if Hitler was not expansionist, I do wonder if anything would have been done?

Off to the British Library today to see if they have any of the classic @jimjimthegrim.bsky.social maps in their Secret Maps exhibition. I'm sure that they must have - how can it be an exhibition about maps with an example of the master at work.

Alt History idea....When Guy Fawkes is caught, he manages to blow the gunpowder up anyway. The resultant chaos allows the rest of the plotters to get away easily. And paint James as cursed...his father was blown up, this is a warning from God..he is forced to relax the prohibitions on Catholics. Or

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.
