Lastly to no one's surprise, this was the decision by #TWC . I wasn't surprised at least. It was there word against mine and no amount of documentation or retelling seemed to change holding them accountable.

So by 7/18/2025, I was sick and tired of still not having any of my concerns being addressed. Especially by such a massive conflict in appealing my Termination. With that I took a risk, to me at least, and reached out to multiple heads in different departments. Such as Compliance/Ethics department.

New Post: Okay so this is a continuation of the previous Termination notice and took place on 6/24/25. This was from HR and after I sent it to the whole department, HR, and Payroll. As well as my response to her. They can't say they never knew what they were doing was wrong. #retaliation

So in response to the Termination notice: I decided I wasn't going to let them keep me silent by wrongfully terminating me. So I sent this to my whole department, HR, Payroll, etc. If I was going out like this, I wasn't going quietly.

This is the response I did receive regarding the equipment. This conversation was with Beck, and HR as a whole, as well as single members were cc'eed.

And NO, I still haven't had a follow up since the "checking with the Dean's office" message from Beck. We are now 10/19/2025.

Then #HumanResources tried to call me and I genuinely missed it because I was in the bathroom. This is how the conversation went. And yes, at this point I didn't trust them AT ALL.
