Pretty easily, and there's some adhesive lining that's not quite fully away that makes it a little tedious to clean, but other than they're great^!

They're pretty good quality^ I've had mine for a couple on months now, and the soles are still padded, and comfy. The paints come off the claws a bit, but what can you expect from wear.
The only thing I can negatively say is the little bands they come with by the neck of the shoeb broke apart cont.
