From food/restaurant writing I want to learn about good food & things I don’t already know, incl cuisines & food delivery systems. What I never want: celebrity hotspots & where hip people eat. In general the food does not taste good in such places & quality tends to be on the decline.

We will all be next eventually. No university can assume it will be safe from the whims of the autocrat. An unprecedented authoritarian assault on higher education, but also an unprecedented assault on basic sanctity of contracts & the rule of law in general.
