Did not see what she said but this is really disappointing (and also unnecessary). But would be more disappointing having a republican governor (speaking from lots of experience in Texas)

This is way too high. There was a French president a few years ago that had an approval rating of 6%. And that guy wasn’t nearly as incompetent or vile.
