Reading through JDXI's midi specification, translating that into data (structs, enums, consts), designing the API, implementing everything...
Honestly though writing some scratch code using the library and seeing the JDXI react is what I'm really excited for 😍

Still didn't end up working on this but still got a win.
Code coverage improvements: before and after 🎉
Lots of low hanging fruit e.g. invalid op codes, mapping errors to diagnostics, popping off an empty stack, removing unused code even.

The day is still young though. Writing prose is not my strength and using LLMs for it, outside of the moral implications, just doesn't work for me. Unsatisfying process and results.

I might need to explore analysis tools more. The ones I've used usually provide me a slice by slice visualization but I kind of want to see the whole thing all at once. A massive explorable tree of boards
